oday, on October 26, a tragic incident took place in Gegharkunik region. From 11:00 am to 11:30 am the Martuni Police Department received an alert that a citizen was left in a hole in the 11th street of Zolakar village, and one person was evacuated by villagers and Moving to Martuni Medical Center. According to photojournalist Gagik Shamshyan, a similar call was also received from the 9-11 Operational Management Rescue Service of the Ministry of Emergency Situations, where the information was transmitted to the Gegharkunik Regional Rescue Department.
