Two more people killed in landslide collapse in Kapan This was reported by the Information and Public Relations Department of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Armenia.

On October 17, at 08:58 the 911 service received a report that a two-storey residential building collapsed as a result of a landslide in Kapan, Syunik Marz. Inside there are citizens. Rescuers need help.

A fire brigade from the fire and rescue squad of the Emergency Situations Ministry of Emergency Situations arrived at the scene.

It turned out that the collapse happened in the 5th alley of the Railway Station in Kapan.

Special equipment was provided by the municipality.

Rescuers recovered the remains of P. Ella (born 1950) and Vladimir (born 1943) underneath the rubble.

A citizen approached Analitik.am's journalist and cameraman while covering a protest rally in front of the government building today and showed a knife threatening and obstructing their activities.
